The Ver Mulm Family bought Hudson Meats and Sausages from the Klarenbeek Family in February of 2022.

The Klarenbeek Family bought Smith's Locker in September of 1983, which is known as Hudson Meats & Sausages today, in September of 1993 they expanded the lockers size to accommodate the growing company.   Hudson Meats & Sausage is a USDA Inspected Locker (Federal), Organically certified, and Animal Welfare approved.
Hudson Meats & Sausage processes custom beef, pork, and lamb. All of the smoking and curing is done at the locker, including a full line of sausages and a full line of frozen retail meats.
